Leon & Violet's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Leon & Violet's Story...

Leon (male) and Violet (female) were feral when they were rescued as babies. Their rescue mom worked with them and they are now able to be handled, although they are a bit timid. Unfortunately, she is moving out of state and can't take these siblings. They are now in foster care with me and are VERY bonded, so they must be adopted together.

Leon is lighter in color and longer/taller than his sister. Violet is more marbled in color. Both kitties are absolutely gorgous and very sweet. They would fit best into a quieter household.

Please contact Amy at (315) 414-7169 and / or Voice4TheVoicelessAdoptions@gmail.com for information on how to adopt Leon and Violet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leon & Violet, a Syracuse Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Syracuse, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Syracuse.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Syracuse already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Syracuse breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Syracuse paves the way for another one to be saved.
