Hi! My name is Peggy Sue and I am estimated to be about 3 years old. They say that I am a Boston Terrier Mix. I am originally from AR and they say I was rescued by an ACO from a neglect case. Not much more is known about my past and I don’t really like to talk about my past because I just want to focus on my new future. I may be shy at first but once I know you I will follow you around and be very happy. I love to cuddle right up with you and don’t mind staying there as long as you let me.
I am now living with my foster family in Rhode Island and there are three other resident dogs, however, I think I would like it much better if I was the only dog in your life! There are some kids that I get along with and there is also a cat but I don’t bother with her. For the most part, I am housebroken and have no issue with going outside, but I may have an occasional accident if you don’t take me out when it is time to go!! I like to sleep in my crate at night, I have a nice little doggie bed and a super soft cuddly blanket in there to keep me warm through these cold winter nights.
My foster mom says that I am a super sweet girl and I just need that perfect family that will love me the rest of my life, who will give me time and be patient until I can learn to trust them. She says any family will be very lucky to have me, especially because I love to climb right up, snuggle, and cuddle all day long.
If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an application on our website www.fohari.org and email my foster parent for more information:
