Cruz is a dog that needs lots of love and petting and even more petting! He is an “attention hog”. He is a smart dog and does extremely well with routine. He loves to go on walks and lay outside in the sun. He responds to repeated directions. For example if you say “Do you want to go out” he knows to go to the back door for a quick pee or poop break. If you say “Do you want to go for a walk” he goes absolutely crazy and runs to the front door because we go for walks through the front door. I ask him “Want your crunch?” and he knows he is getting fed. He has a mat that he will lay on when I say “go on your mat”. He will knock over his water bowl when empty. ON his walks he is a “tough guy” and likes to bark at other dogs. He likes to sleep in bed with you, but will sleep in his crate.
His only bad habits are, he will growl if he has food and you try and take it away from him. He will get into the garbage can if it is left out. He is very good in the car.
Neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
Cruz is good with cats and older children, over 12.
