Hillary's Story...
Meet HIllary, a 12 week old Doberman mix who weighs nearly 20 pounds. This cutie can be a little shy at first but warms quickly and loves attention! Hillary shows her happiness by wagging her whole body which is bound to bring much joy to her family. She does great with crate training and is working on her housebreaking. Hillary is current with vaccinations and fostered in Mechanicsburg, PA with cats that she wishes would play with her.

We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $275 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $325 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. We are an all volunteer organization and we are always looking for more help. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hillary, a New Oxford Doberman Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Oxford, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher puppy from a breeder in New Oxford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Oxford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Oxford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Oxford paves the way for another one to be saved.
