KANE – Carolina Dog/German Shepherd Mix, Blonde, Neutered Male, 63 pounds, DOB: 9/30/2009. Kane is an amazing companion, super smart, easily trainable and would love to meet you! He is such a sweet, gentle and calm boy, and is looking for a wonderful forever home. He would make a great hiking or walking partner. Kane is very bright and alert and already knows how to sit. Kane is truly an individual and will not eat his meal until you kiss him on the head! He is wonderful on the leash and does not pull at all. Kane is gentle with children and may be good with some other dogs. Kane is very loyal and enjoys taking walks, but is also very content to hang out with you and relax on the couch. We always suggest a meeting of pets to insure a smooth transition. Kane is not good with cats and should not live in a home with them. He is great in the car, is crate trained and ready to find his forever home. Kane has been with us for the better part of a year and should know what it feels like to have a family to love.
