Peyton is an Australian Sheperd found in the streets of Dallas suffering horrifically with mange and other conditions caused by untreated mange. She and her brother were in the streets and rescuers were on the way to get him when her brother was run over by a car. Peyton stood watch over him until rescuers arrived, but he passed away shortly thereafter, leaving Peyton on her own. We brought her into our rescue, and she is now receiving life saving treatment. Peyton will be up to date on shots and spayed when medically appropriate to do so. If you would like to put an application in for her so that she will have a forever family waiting when she arrives and is ready, please do so here: http://www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org
