Pearl River County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a Mississippi state non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare and humane treatment of animals throughout the county. It operates solely from funds provided locally. Private donations are important to accomplishing this mission.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Our pets are available for adoption at 1700 Palestine Road in Picayune, Tuesday through Saturday 10 to 4. After hour appointments can be made. We are also at PETsMART in Slidell with our dogs most Sundays, our cats are on display there during all store hours 7 days a week.
Our Adoption Process...
We do same day adoptions after a personal interview. We have a contract that requires Veterinary care and proper treatment. Our cats must be indoors and not declawed, most dogs require a fenced yard.
