Mocha's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING**
Mocha is pretty red girl that just turned a year old in July. She's spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She is very well behaved and knows many commands including sit, stay, leave it, and wait. Mocha absolutely adores people and she's a complete velcro-Dobe! She is best as the only dog and she does't get along well with cats. She loves to go for walks and needs a fenced-in yard to burn energy and play with her toys. She is potty trained and very well behaved in the house but she doesn't like to be left for long periods of time. We adopt to Indiana and the surrounding states and he's being fostered in South Bend, In. The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an application at www.DedicatedtoDobes.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mocha, a Lafayette Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Lafayette, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Lafayette.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lafayette already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lafayette breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lafayette paves the way for another one to be saved.
