Clyde's Story...
Clyde- Aussie/Shepherd x, M, 1-2 yrs- ID 595

Clyde is such a sweet and gentle soul. He was a little unsure about having his picture taken during his photo shoot, but quickly warmed up when shown a little love. He was always the gentleman, very respectful and very good on leash. He is just super sweet. He has a beautiful coat, very soft and full, and would love to be a cuddle buddy. He is a medium energy type dog, and would make a great companion or family dog in a quiet home with older kids. He is just not a rambunctious guy, low key and very gentle. He is approx 50-60 lbs and full grown.

Act quickly to adopt Clyde. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clyde, a Mount Sterling Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Mount Sterling, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Mount Sterling.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Sterling already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Sterling breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Sterling paves the way for another one to be saved.
