TIMMY is a friendly and sweet little black male 6-month-old teenager kitten with a bit of white on his chest and a white spot on his belly. He looks like a sleek little panther! He is a very affectionate and good-natured little guy who loves people. He was raised with much love by the caretakers of a large group of indoor-outdoor cats in Oakridge, so he gets along well with other cats. Timmy will likely get along great with cat-savvy dogs and kids, as well. He could be an indoor-outdoor kitty, but only in a home where there is a very SAFE outdoor environment; otherwise he should be kept indoors, which he seems to be just fine with. Timmy is very active and he loves to play! He will make a wonderful companion for some very lucky person or family. His adoption fee is $100 ($80 if adopted with another kitten), which is strictly to help cover our costs. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, deflead and dewormed and comes with a free vet visit. Timmy is currently in the cat room at the Petsmart on Coburg Rd (across from Costco). For more info, please call Beth at (541) 255-9296.

About West Coast Dog and Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Our mission is to provide care and find loving homes for companion animals of our community, with a focus on those with special needs. Currently we only work with Cats. We offer temporary housing in foster homes until they can be placed through our adoption process. We have adoption centers within both Petsmarts in Eugene, at Chad Drive, near Costco, and 29th and Willamette; PetCo by Valley River Center and Wags Emporium on Coburg Rd. WCDC works with humane societies, other animal rescue groups, the public and government animal services agencies to offer them relief from their overpopulation problem. All cats in our custody receive the medical care they need. WCDC is a non-profit organization. All money raised is used to help WCDC save as many animal lives as possible.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our cats can be seen at Petsmart on Chad Drive and on Willamette St, at Petco near Valley River Center and Wags Emporium on Coburg Rd, seven days a week during normal business hours. We do have adoption counselors available on weekends or by appointment or from 11-4pm Sat.-Sun.

Our Adoption Process...

All potential adopters are required to complete our application and contract. Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. These documents are available through e-mail or at our adoption events. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the dog or cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet.
All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, De-wormed, treated with flea medication, spayed or neutered, and cats are felv/fiv tested.
