Woody's Story...
Woody is one of the kittens from my Toy Story Litter, they came to me with their Momma Andy when they were only 4 days old. They are litter trained and will be ready for adoption the second week of November! They will have three doses of wormer, first round of shots, and have a dose of Frontline on them! Woody is by far the sweetest from this litter, he comes running to me whenever I walk in the room and begs for me to pick him up!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Woody, a Morgantown American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Morgantown, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Morgantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Morgantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Morgantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Morgantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
