Rex's Story...
Rex is a 1 year old Male. He was surrendered due to moving into an apartment. His previous owner said he was housebroken, good with kids and other pets. He is stressed here at the shelter so proper introductions to other pets are a must. When left alone he didn't get into too many things and was not generally crated. He is a very happy dog and seems to love everyone. All dogs/puppies are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rex, a Midland American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Midland, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Midland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Midland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Midland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Midland paves the way for another one to be saved.
