Layla's Story...
Layla was pulled from Miami-Dade Animal Services (MDAS) along with her 4 litter mates. All had noncontagious demodex mange and skin infections. Layla is recovering nicely from her mange and has become such a beautiful girl. She will be spayed in the beginning of November, but can be adopted prior to with a "pending finalized contract" that will be official once the surgery is complete. LARC is financially responsible for the spay surgery and any treatment related to the demodex mange until she tests negative.

Layla is an approximately 6 month old Pit Bull mix. She's dog and kid friendly. Can be cat tested upon request. Layla is just a sweet girl who is full of energy. She loves attention and playing fetch.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Layla, a Loxahatchee Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Loxahatchee, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Loxahatchee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Loxahatchee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Loxahatchee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Loxahatchee paves the way for another one to be saved.
