Dharma was born in March of 2016. This goofy and sweet Border Collie/Lab mix has some congenital neurological deficiencies. She will never win an award for the smartest dog but just might for the best cuddler! When she's excited, Dharma  has a tendency to spin in a circle but as soon as you call her name, she comes running right to you. Her favorite things in life are getting loves from people and playing with other  dogs and toys. If you are looking for a special friend, please email us at adoptions.rezqdogs@gmail.com Dharma would love to hear from you!

About RezQ Dogs

About Our Rescue Group...

RezQ Dogs was founded in 2009 because our community’s only No-Kill shelter was unable to handle the high volume of animals in local Animal Control facilities. RezQ Dogs focuses on getting these "at risk" dogs out of immediate danger and into rescues and approved adoptive homes. At this time, RezQ Dogs does not have ifacility open to the public. Appointments can be made to meet the dogs by contacting Anita at adoptions.rezqdogs@gmail.com

Our Adoption Process...

We are looking for great homes for our dogs. Maybe your home? This is our basic adoption process. We require an adoption application to be filled out that describes your home situation and why you want to adopt. The application includes a number of questions that help us to get to know you, and to determine your situation, and whether the dog would fit into that situation. You must specify several references that will be checked before adoption. In addition, you will need to talk with a RezQ volunteer by phone or in person about the possible adoption. Our adoption application states that if you no longer want the dog, you must return the dog to us.
