Darcy came to us when her owner passed away. She is a lovely girl! She is very friendly when meeting new people and loves attention and belly rubs! She has not seemed very fond of the other dogs she has met since she has been with us, but that may change as she feels more secure.
Darcy has very good house manners and does not need to be crated, though she has been sleeping quietly in the crate at her foster home. She loves car rides, walks well on a leash, and knows many basic obedience commands. Darcy is an active and playful girl who loves to chase squirrels and rabbits! She has a tendency to roam, so we will require a fenced in yard for her. She is vocal in barking at things when she is outside in the yard, but is well behaved and quiet inside the house.
Darcy is still settling into her foster home. We will update her information when we get to know her a bit better.
Sponsor Me! Want to help, but now is not the right time for you to adopt? We understand! Consider sponsoring one of our dogs through our Sponsorship Program instead. Learn more about this program, how to donate and other ways to donate.
