Gannon's Info...

I am housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Gannon's Story...
Gannon was rescued from a TX shelter and loves people and dogs. He is going through heart worm treatment and waiting for his furever family! He loves to cuddle and wants so badly to please you. He can be goofy and rolls around on his back to play. He walks around grunting when he is bored or wants something, but definitely has a fun personality. He is great on a leash and does really well with not barking at people or other dogs. Gannon loves his kong and to chew on Nylabones. He doesn't really play with any other toys. He loves to take his medicine because that means treats. Gannon likes to play and cuddle with his foster's dog as well.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gannon, a Denver Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler for sale in Denver, or seeking a Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler breeders who help with Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
