Bear's Story...
Bear is about 2 1/2 yrs old. He is housebroken and will whine to be let out. He loves walks. Bear is a very sweet and loving dog who takes about a day to bond with you. He does bark at strangers, so he would need a quiet home without alot of people coming and going. He loves walks, and is good with other dogs, but can be a bit bossy with them at times. He can be shown at the PETCO at 1631 West Craig Rd (Craig/MLK) (NLV) location for adoption on the weekends from 10-4.

Adopt A Rescue Pet holds adoption events on Saturday & Sunday from 10am-4pm at the following PETCO location :

If you are interested in Bear, please contact dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to find out which location Bear will be at this weekend. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to adoptions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear, a Las Vegas Labrador Retriever/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Corgi for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Corgi dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Corgi breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
