Looking for the ultimate dynamic duo to add to your pack? Fezzik & Buttercup would like to volunteer themselves! The world’s largest breed and the world’s smallest breed are represented in this unlikely pair of best friends. They were relinquished to a shelter in Bakersfield by their previous owner. They are a bonded pair, and they would love to go to a forever home together! Despite his substantial 120-pound stature, Fezzik is very gentle and respectful of his little gal pal. He is a very goofy, playful, friendly and fun-loving boy. He enjoys going on walks with volunteers (trotting alongside Buttercup, of course), or indulging in a game of tug of war. Whatever he’s doing, Fezzik always makes sure to have little Buttercup in his sights. Buttercup is truly as sweet as can be. She has a mild, affectionate, easygoing, and well-balanced personality. She enjoys being held, and gives lots of kisses. As of January 2017, Fezzik is just under 4 and a half years of age, and Buttercup is just over 2. Sweet little Buttercup takes up virtually no space at all (weighing all of 9 pounds), so if you’ve got room for gentle giant Fezzik, then you should definitely come check them out!
