Hi, I'm Danny! I'm in foster home so please contact the Shelter at 303.278.7575 to set up a meet and greet!

I'm young and very active so I'm on the lookout for a family that can keep up! I'm very playful and love to get out and about on daily adventures. I'm a smarty pants and I love to learn! I have been training with my foster mom and would love to continue with my new family. I'm dog social and very playful. I currently go to doggie daycare twice a week and I love to visit with my doggie friends. I love kids but because of my size and energy I would do best in a home with children over 8 years old. I would prefer a home with no cats. I am house trained, comfortable being home alone for 8 hours and cute as a button! What more could you ask for?!

About Foothills Animal Shelter

About Our Shelter...

Foothills Animal Shelter, formerly known as Table Mountain Animal Center, is an open-admissions facility (never turning away an animal) and one of the largest animal shelters in the metro Denver area – taking in 9,000 animals each year. We are a true community resource that offers a broad variety of animal welfare programs and services. Low-cost spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping and dog licensing are some of the services offered to the public.

The organization’s important mission: to provide the best care possible for every animal that enters our doors.

Community, Adopt, Reunite and Educate (C.A.R.E.) are the four key principles of Foothills Animal Shelter.

Adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter and first vaccines, medical exam, and microchip.

How to Adopt from Foothills Animal Shelter:
Visit the Shelter or one of our offsite adoption partner locations to find a pet. Once you’ve decided on an animal, you should check with staff to see the status and history of the animal. At this time, you can fill out an adoption application and visit with the animal.

We recommend you bring all family members to the Shelter to meet with the animal before you consider adopting. If you are interested in adopting a dog, bring any household dogs to the Shelter to determine if it is a good match. Also, if you rent your home, please bring the pet policy in your lease or rental agreement and contact information for your landlord.

Once your application is reviewed, you can pay the adoption fees and take your new pet home. It may take some time for your new pet to adjust to its new environment. If you have questions or concerns after adopting, please contact us at 303-278-7575.
