Age: Young adult Size: 19 pounds Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: so-so--he wants them to play with him Good with children: would be great with kids Special needs: None we know of. Arty! Arty is a wonderful Tibetan Spaniel with a lot of love to give! He was an owner surrender after he was adopted from the Orange County shelter by a nice man who thought he was a Pekingese. Pekes and Tibbies have much different energy levels, and his owner lived in a small apartment with no other dogs. He decided that Arty would be much happier in a place that has a yard and more playmates. We'd love to find Arty a home with another dog who enjoys running after tennis balls and toys.
