Pat n Mike's Story...
Pat is here at the Cat House with Mike, ordinary names but not ordinary boys, they love to play, romp, bounce and rumble. These two are the funniest kittens you’ve ever had the pleasure of watching play. They will make you smile each and every day. They were found on the road in Charleston on a cold and windy night. We hope there wasn’t more left in the box next to the road, all that was found were these two. Both were scared, hungry and cold. If you don’t want more pets, Snipped is open 4 days a week 541-808-2377 make that call and get them in to be spay/neutered. Help us stop the neglect and abuse of felines in our community.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pat n Mike, a Coos Bay Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Coos Bay, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Coos Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coos Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coos Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coos Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
