Buttercup's Story...
Hi I'm Buttercup a perfect medium sized lab mix of 25 lbs and just over a year old! I'm a buttery color, hence the name the kids gave me-also because I'm sweet and get along with all 7 kids and 12 dogs here at Pita's Pals rescue homestead beautifully. I'm a bit shy at first but warming up fast, quiet and obedient, super affectionate.I am spayed, have all shots, hw neg and on all preventatives and dewormer and chipped. I would make a great family pet for any sized kids as I don't jump and am not hyper. Next few days I'm training, eating healthy food and waiting for you! Please contact Julie at 210 708 7109 for an application and to set up a meet and greet today! I'm waiting

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buttercup, a Boerne Labrador Retriever/Australian Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Terrier for sale in Boerne, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Terrier dog from a breeder in Boerne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boerne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boerne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boerne paves the way for another one to be saved.
