Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cooper is a friendly, affectionate, happy, docile medium sized Black Lab mix (mix unknown, he's 100% Lab in personality but a little less energy and weight). He is about 45lbs and 2 years old. He loves all people and always has a wiggle butt when he meets anyone. He is very loyal and listens very well. He loves to play outside and fetch, but he also loves to cuddle. He is housetrained and has been through doggie school! We haven’t seen him with very small kids, so we don’t know about that, but he’d probably do fine with older kids. He is also is great with other dogs and has frequented the dog park.
Cooper crates easily, and he likes to relax on his bed with a chew toy. He also likes to go for rides. He’s learning to sit, stay, come, leave it, and down and has perfect in home manners.
Even though he was originally found as a stray, he has been extremely well cared for, brought hiking or to dog parks daily and has been well trained.
He's eating Nutro lamb and rice, but he’d probably easily transition to any other high-quality dry dog food.
Cooper should not live with cats because he will probably chase them. He barks if he hears someone outside to let you know but doesn't carry on. He snores sometimes, but that’s just cute. Cooper is neutered, up to date on all vaccines and preventatives, heartworm and tick disease negative and ready now for his forever home, come meet him anytime!
