Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Baxter is a happy, active, affectionate boy who would love to be your new companion! He loves people and wants to be with them. Wherever his foster mom is, Baxter is never far away! He is approximately two years old and our best guess is that he is a pug/terrier mix. 18 lbs., he’s the perfect size! He has the softest fur, the cutest face, and an adorable overbite! He’ll love being in your lap and being held like a baby or he may lay at your feet. Baxter enjoys the company of other dogs and doesn’t seem to mind cats. He loves going for walks around the neighborhood and is a good car rider. Baxter loves exploring his back yard and when he runs it is a beautiful thing to see! He enjoys chewing on rawhides and bully sticks and it is great fun to watch Baxter amuse himself with all of his toys. He has met several older children and has enjoyed them. Baxter’s foster family has someone home during the day most of the time but he is crated when no one is home and also sleeps in his crate at night. He is learning to sit on command and is progressing well.
Baxter is neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, dewormed, and current on Trifexis. You can fill out an application for him here: http://forrescue.net/new-england-area-dog-app/ and his foster mom will be in touch ASAP!
