Maude loves to go for car rides. She'll ride right up front and is eager to help out with directions. She is not comfortable around very small children but very happy to be greeted by adolescents and adults. At adoption events she will sweetly ask to be petted and have her butt scratched and will roll over for you to scratch her tummy. She's not shy at all when it comes to getting affection and attention.
All of the volunteers gush over how sweet she is. She gets along great with other dogs and is good on a leash. Maude is still a youngster and is seeking a fairly active family to help her shed some of those extra shelter pounds.
Maude is a beautiful fawn colored Boxer/Bulldog mix rescued from a high kill shelter right before her time was up. She is so appreciative and extremely sweet.
If you're looking for an all around devoted companion to accompany you on those errands, walks/jogs, tv watching, and napping then look no further. She's a super snuggle bunny who's ready for her forever home.
Age: 3 years
Temperament: Gets along with dogs and older, respectful children. Can be cat tested upon request
Training: She is leash trained
Vetting: She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative
