Calling all OU fans! Boomer is ready to cheer on the Sooners this football season! He's big enough to be a linebacker but will settle for calling the plays from your easy chair! Boomer is around a year old and is a lab mix. He's an all around good ol' American boy who just needs a coach to love him! https://youtu.be/-pLuEmc9Pdo
We are an all volunteer organization working to provide shelter and find forever, loving homes for the dogs that are brought in by the local animal control agency.
Donate to Our Shelter...
Donations taken through the City of Charleston and designated "Dog Shelter" are tax deductable. We are supported totally by private donations. We always need food, treats, bleach, kennel-stable flying insect spray, Adams Flea Control, and Frontline Plus.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Because we are all volunteers, visits to our shelter must be made by appointment. Call 479-965-3591 for an appointment, or make contact through the e-mail address provided in the dog's description.
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption fee is $40 for dogs and $45 for puppies. All are altered prior to adoption. References may be required as may a home visit. We are very rescue friendly with approved references.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
