Spartan's Story...
Hi I am Spartan. I am a happy 7 month old Australia Cattle dog. I am just a rambunctious ball of energy. I am potty trained and I just love everyone. I am amazing with all other dogs that I have met, kids, and cats. I am really hoping for a yard and kids to play with. I need someone who can handle my playfulness and wear me out even if it's just a new doggie sibling to play with. Will you come meet me today?? If interested in Spartan, please contact his foster Tina at Tina_arfanagedogrescue@yahoo.com or come see him on Sundays at the Chandler Petsmart from 11-4 2840 W. Chandler Blv.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spartan, a Phoenix Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
