I am already neutered and up to date with shots.

Lil Debbie#2M (Jack)'s Story...
I am a male Rat Terrier. I am about 7 years old and weigh approximately 21 lbs. I am neutered, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro-chipped and on flea/heartworm prevention. My adoption is $200.

When I came to the rescue, I was very itchy and my skin was red and very inflamed. I was allergy tested and am eating a particular food that I am not allergic to. I also take medication each day and it keeps me from being itchy. I feel so much better now!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lil Debbie#2M (Jack), a Orlando Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
