Get ready to meet one of the sweetest, most loving pups we've ever met. Rebekah is a 5 year old girl who is about 50 lbs. Rebekah loooves people and other dogs. Discovered in an empty home where her family left her behind, Rebekah was left alone for no fault of her own.It is clear someone once loved her-- she sits on command, loves to shake paws, takes treats very gently and is very calm & well-behaved. She is not an unnecessary barker and is completely housebroken. This gem has being treated for heart worms and is now good as new! She is ready to come home--will it be with you? If you want this sweet girl to become a part of your family, please copy and paste this link to your web browser to fill out our online application, http://members.petfinder.com/~CT243/sampleform.html. Rebekah is spayed, up to date on shots and is heart worm free. Full vetting and transport up north included in her $375 adoption fee. We cannot be certain what her true mix is. Please watch her video and ask us for more!

About Sweet Adoptables

About Our Rescue Group...

Our first experience with rescue was when we brought Jessie up from a kill shelter in North Carolina. Our family couldn't believe that they were killing sweet, wonderful dogs like this every day. We decided to do something about it. That was the beginning of our journey into rescue in 2006.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Sorry, You CAN'T Visit Us - We DO NOT have a facility in Connecticut. All of our dogs (unless noted) remain in the south until they have an approved adopter.

Our Adoption Process...

How To Adopt From Us
The first step is to SUBMIT AN APPLICATION found on each dog's Petfinder description. When possible, the next step is checking with your Vet reference. We will then schedule a phone interview with the potential adopter to determine if the dog would be a good match for your family. A home visit is at our discretion. If the match is approved, the adopter will enter into an adoption agreement, at which point we arrange transport for the dog to it's new family. We endeavor to create forever homes for these deserving dogs; therefore, we reserve the right to refuse adoption of a dog if we determine the family is not the correct match for the dog/puppy.
