Peyton's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Peyton's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/cp_peyton.html -- Peyton is an 8 year old male Yorkie weighing 14 lbs. He is fixed, chipped and up to date on shots. He was given a clean bill of health from the vet. His only recommendation was 1/2 tab of Benadryl during allergy time.

He is great with children of all ages and good with other dogs. He hasn't had access to cats, so unsure. He loves to play fetch with a tennis ball and does simple commands like sit. He is dog door trained.

He would be a great companion for a single person or a fun dog for a family.

This pup is a courtsy post by Valley Dogs Rescue. Please contact adopt@valleydogs.org if you are interested in meeting this sweet dog

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
