Sweetie's Story...
Interested in a dog full of sweetness!? You are looking at her! My name is Sweetie and I'm a Pit mix that is about 3 years old. I'm currently in an awesome foster home but I'm ready to find my forever home! I would love a place where I can cuddle all day and lay around! I can be an awesome inside pet because I like to be right next to my human! I love to give wet SLOPPY kisses and I get along with dogs and I can get along with cats just introduce us slowly! I would love to be in a home with kids 10 or older so I can be their teddybear and protector. I am house trained and I walk good on a leash but I'm not a fan of exercise! I would rather be a couch potato with my humans. I am heartworm positive but my foster is giving me the slow kill treatment and I'm spayed! I'm ready to find my perfect match, so If you like a cuddle machine that loves giving kisses and is a couch potato I'm the one for you! If interested please contact Crystal at (409)893-8355

Act quickly to adopt Sweetie. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweetie, a Beaumont American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Beaumont, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Beaumont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Beaumont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Beaumont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Beaumont paves the way for another one to be saved.
