Facts about Zoe

  • Breed: Boxer
  • Color: White
  • Age: Senior
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Female
Zoe is an awesome boxer. Zoe is roughly 9 years old. She originally entered Fassa's Friends Rescue in 2010 via NJ SPCA. She was one of three backyard breeder dogs the SPCA had asked Fassa's Friends to help. Zoe was adopted to a great home in Dec. 2010. Zoe's human Dad has passed suddenly, leaving Zoe alone most of the time as her human Mom now has to work long hours. Zoe's Mom feels so bad for her spending so many hours alone. She said Zoe is still an awesome girl and deserves so much more. Zoe has been well taken care of, and extremely loved. In fact, Zoe had just had her teeth cleaned in September. When she was first adopted in 2010, she lived with a baby (6 mos old), now 6 years old and a middle school aged child, now 17. She is fantastic with children of all ages. A fenced in yard would be great for Zoe. She is in excellent health not any sign of even arthritis. Zoe also knows hand signals for basic commands as she is deaf. She is a large girl weighing in at 91 lbs. If you would like to foster Zoe or provide a fur-ever home for this fantastic senior, please visit: www.fassasfriendsboxerrescue.com to complete an Adoption Application of a foster application. About Our Rescue Group...

Fassa's Friends Boxer Rescue (FFBR) is a South Jersey based no-kill Boxer Rescue dedicated to rescuing Boxers and Boxer mixes. FFBR is a 501 c 3 tax exempt organization..
The mission of FFBR is two-fold:
Mission 1 To rescue Boxers and Boxer-mixes from shelters; and owners who are no longer able to provide care for their Boxer responsibly. The rescued Boxers and Boxer mixes will be provided with medical treatment, rehabilitation (if necessary), with the goal of re-homing into loving forever homes.

Mission 2: At Fassa's Friends Boxer Rescue, we believe by educating the public and school aged children on responsible pet ownership, animal abuse and neglect will be significantly decreased. We are therefore committed to educating not only adults in various communities, but also school aged children by providing presentations in schools and various child-oriented social groups, such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, etc. on responsible pet ownership with a focus on the Boxer Breed.
