Moe's Story...
Moe has been rescued! Thank you West Sub HS!!! Please help his many friends still back at the shelter!!! Moe is a lively little puggle about 1.5yrs old. Moe came to us as a stray but already knows how to sit and listens pretty well. He loves going on walks and playing with other dogs and will need a home that can keep up with his activity level and continue his basic training. Moe will likely chase cats, but will probably live happily with a tolerant cat that has been around dogs before. Please come meet this sweet boy today!!! *Resources will be provided at time of adoption for Moe to be neutered! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moe, a Kankakee Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Kankakee, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Kankakee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kankakee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kankakee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kankakee paves the way for another one to be saved.
