This waif was picked up as a stray in Pembroke Pines and an owner never surfaced.
She is a tiny little thing – 6 lbs. about 2 years old, a Toy Fox or Rat Terrier and adjusting well to her new foster home.
She has seen our Vet and has been given her vaccines, worming and has just been spayed. We have learned that she is not comfortable with noisy kids, other dogs and “confusion”. She is doing best in a quiet environment where she can be the “Queen”.
Her fear makes her a little nippy, but in a quiet environment, she will be just fine.
If you or someone you know is interested in a small but feisty companion, please email for an application.
Rehoming fee: $300
Please email for an application: firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE: Adoption fees are applied towards the vet bill: Exam, blood tests, vaccinations, fecal, worming, spay/neuter, and microchip. There is rarely anything left over, but if that happens, the monies get applied to the next or previous pet - who may have had to have an x-ray, be groomed or have a dental.
