Bento loves attention and will come right up and sit on your lap and bump his head against your hand. He loves getting his head scratched at all times, and is even open to a belly rub if you get him relaxed enough. He is quite outgoing for a cat, and has absolutely no problem with strangers and has never been known to hide under a sofa or bed -- he comes right up to visitors and meows at them until they pet him!
Bento (aka Jeff) is a sweet boy who was found on the streets of Crown Heights with an infected ear and scratched up nose. He is fully healed now and has adjusted remarkably well to his foster home. He was super friendly from the moment he said hello to a passing stranger who just couldn't leave him behind. She easily led him inside her home where he followed her and made himself comfortable! Hello and happy to be here is pretty much his mantra! B loves to be pet, loves to be with you and will follow you around your apartment but isn't too needy either. Pretty much a chill and active dude who is very happy to be loved.
Bento was fine with other cats at my home and will probably be fine with yours or is good alone. He is neutered, tested negative for fiv/felv, microchipped and ready for love!

Thank you for thinking of a rescued angel. Every dime goes to saving the next sweetie on the street!
