Diamond's story is heartbreaking - She's gentle, she's loving and affectionate, she's housebroken and she's wonderful with kids as well as ALL other dogs big and small. She's got the kindest demeanor and is just a lovely dog. It's hard to believe she came to us so emaciated and weak that she couldn't walk...so riddled with valley fever we didn't know if we'd treat her in time to save her life. It's devastating to know she was neglected so badly she could've died alone and so sick on the Reservation - so unfair! But here she is today...she's eating great and continuing to gain weight, she's playing with toys and is ready for a forever home now. We'd like to find a family to cherish and love her, keep her safe and healthy and happy.
