Moses's Story...
Moses
Male
Shepherd Mix
DOB: 3/16/15
Weight: 55 Pounds

Moses is a calm, easy going dog that enjoys the company of other dogs as well as humans. He is young and because he is eager to please, he will respond well to basic training. He may need time to adjust to new surroundings and leaving him alone for long periods of time will make that adjustment more difficult. He loves long walks and exploring his environment. Moses is house-trained with a doggie door.

Moses can’t wait for that owner or family that would take him on walks, train him and provide games and activities to keep him occupied.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moses, a Mountain Center German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Mountain Center, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Mountain Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mountain Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mountain Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mountain Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
