One of the countless chinchillas named "Chi-Chi". This one has been to us twice. Both as a result of owners who simply lost interest. Unfortunately, it's partly Chi-Chi's fault. He's just not the nicest of chinchillas. Now we don't want to sugarcoat the dim qualities of the available chinchillas. Our reputation is at risk if we were to do so. This adult, standard grey male does not get along with other chinchillas, and is rather grumpy towards people. HOWEVER, we have seen in the past where certain "problem" chinchillas bloom in the right home. Our shelter does not provide nearly enough loving attention to see that happen.

Adoption fee: $125 including starter cage.
