Coco's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Coco's Story...
Coco is 4 year old, neutered, vaccinated male terrier mix. He is a little shy at first, but once you get to know him he warms right up. He has really turned around spending time at Mr. Muggles, a huge “Thank You!” to the kind folks there that have been working with him! A calm household where things are pretty routine and predictable should benefit Coco greatly. This will help him feel more secure quickly, as he will adapt to the household routines. A home where someone is home much of the time would probably be the ideal situation for him. Coco would probably not be at his best in a home with a lot of activity, and younger kids.. He needs people that will take it slow with him, as he may possibly have been abused. We don’t know for sure, but he seems to respond better to calm, predictable situations. Coco has spent time in a home with cats, and may be ok in a household owned by a cat.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco, a San Francisco Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in San Francisco, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in San Francisco.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Francisco already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Francisco breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Francisco paves the way for another one to be saved.
