Angel is a perfect name for this adorable 4 year old, 14 pound Shih Tzu. She is shy at first but she warms up when she gets to know you and your home, and she becomes more confident. Angel is a timid girl and is especially fearful of men as well as large dogs and cats. She is very sweet, loving and well behaved. If she needs to be corrected, a gentle tone of voice is all that is needed. Angel loves being around other small dogs and would probably like to live in a home with another small dog – no large dogs, please! She is learning to walk on a leash and to ride in a car without fear. She is house trained and has never had an accident in her foster home. Angel must live with a quiet, gentle family where there is not a lot of household activity and strangers coming and going. She would be okay with older, respectful children.
Angel is healthy, spayed, current on vaccinations, microchipped and on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. Her adoption fee is $320.00 plus $23.28 sales tax for a total of $343.28. Her foster parents would like her adopters to live within a reasonable driving distance of the Twin Cities and would like them to attend the Shih Tzu Rescue reunion held in September each year.
