Billy has been through a lot in is short life. He was recently hit by a car and sat in a kennel at a kill shelter for over a month in pain and unable to walk. He was rescued from the kill shelter and had his pelvis repaired. He then spent over a month at the vet healing from the wounds he received from the accident and of course the surgery. He was due to come to the rescue and then the hurricane came in. After all that time he is finally here at the rescue and is loving his new home but is looking for his forever home. He still needs to be on short walks and no playing with others at the moment because he does not want to go back into surgery again.
