Josh(ua)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Josh(ua)'s Story...
Meet Josh. Josh is a wonderful, fun, loving, happy go lucky boy. He is wonderful with all people and most dogs. He is a high energy young man, and will need someone who will work with him. He would be an excellent therapy dog, because of his need to love on people.

He is up to date on shots, microchipped, on preventions, crate trained and housebroken. Josh is heartworm positive and on slow kill. He is on slow kill because that allows him to be the fun living active dog he is, and not be locked up in a crate, only being allowed out on short potty brakes on a leash.

If interested please go to www.adopt4lovepets.us/adoptable.htm and fill out the application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Josh(ua), a Carthage American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Carthage, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Carthage.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Carthage already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Carthage breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Carthage paves the way for another one to be saved.
