Lizzie is a regal gal with a heart of gold! and an old soul Hence her name. We named her after Queen Elizabeth. She is a calm, gentle, sweet gal. She walks well on the leash, rides well in the car and enjoys her canine friends. A quick walk with Lizzie and you have a friend for life. Stay a spell with her and she'll quietly ease her way over to you, finding a spot to snuggle on your lap. If you look closely you'll notice that this beauty has an adorable underbite. It makes her even cuter - if that was even possible.

Looking into Lizzie's sweet eyes and you too will see an old soul. We wonder what stories she'd have to share. We know one thing for sure, Lizzie is looking forward to the next chapter in her life. A life, a home, a family to call her own. She has a big heart full of love to share. Will you be the lucky one to receive it?!

If you're looking for a mellow canine friend to share sofa time, Sunday brunch, neighborhood walks and cold winter nights, look no further. Lizzie is eager to met you. Please fill out an application for this lovely lady today!

About RESCUE

About Our Rescue Group...

RESCUE is a registered non-profit volunteer based animal rescue organization located in Maricopa County. RESCUE has no central facility and is volunteer run. Our focus is on the "kill lists." We were founded in 1995, and with the support of our volunteers and our community, we have found homes for over 11,000 dogs and cats. Our motto is for every animal adopted, we are back to rescue another. We depend on the community for our support and offer a variety of satisfying ways for you to get involved in our mission to end the killing of the orphaned dogs and cats. Please consider adopting, volunteering or donating.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We do not have a shelter. We are at various special events around the valley. Please see our Upcoming Events section on our website for further information. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to some of our wonderful animals.

Our Adoption Process...

Fill out an online application, have an interview with a Matchmaker, if we are in philosophical alignment, set up a meet and greet and if all goes well finalize the adoption. Our service fee for dogs is $150 and $125 for cats. All our dogs and cats are spayed and neutered prior to adoption.
