Facts about Zadie

  • Breed: Dachshund Mix
  • Color: Black - With Tan, Yellow Or Fawn
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Female
Zadie is a bundle of cuteness and energy. This tri-colored gal is eager to romp around the dog park and literally can run circles around most dogs at the park. She is quite the acrobat. Her short legs seem to propel our little kangaroo to and fro bringing smiles to all around! If you lean in she is sure to sneak in a bunch of kisses before she is off again, leaving you laughing at her antics!

Zadie is quite the hoot. She loves to play fetch, chase and snuggle! She can find a spot on your lap in a nano second too! But alas she won't be there for long before she's off to explore and play ball. Our young gal loves to romp and wrestle with other dogs, particularly ones around her size.

Zadie is looking for a home with plenty of daily walks, park time, games of fetch and of course nights full of snuggle time is a must for this affectionate gal!. If you're looking for a spry, active, adorable, loving friend, you search has ended! Zadie is the gal for you. Fill out an application for this beauty today. She's eager to start the next chapter of her life!

About RESCUE

About Our Rescue Group...

RESCUE is a registered non-profit volunteer based animal rescue organization located in Maricopa County. RESCUE has no central facility and is volunteer run. Our focus is on the "kill lists." We were founded in 1995, and with the support of our volunteers and our community, we have found homes for over 11,000 dogs and cats. Our motto is for every animal adopted, we are back to rescue another. We depend on the community for our support and offer a variety of satisfying ways for you to get involved in our mission to end the killing of the orphaned dogs and cats. Please consider adopting, volunteering or donating.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We do not have a shelter. We are at various special events around the valley. Please see our Upcoming Events section on our website for further information. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to some of our wonderful animals.

Our Adoption Process...

Fill out an online application, have an interview with a Matchmaker, if we are in philosophical alignment, set up a meet and greet and if all goes well finalize the adoption. Our service fee for dogs is $150 and $125 for cats. All our dogs and cats are spayed and neutered prior to adoption.
