29 Dec 2014: Hi My name is Lennon I am a loyal boy with a very gentle heart. I was rescued from a high kill shelter in NYC where I was adopted. The family who took me home had hoped I would adjust to New York City life. With New York City being such a busy place and so much going on I get stressed at times. They know I would be so much happier in a more suburban area. The rescue who saved me is looking for a family for me that can offer me just that. I would love a home wi th a yard where I can exercise and enjoy nice days outside. I am really an awesome family pet. I get along well with children a good fit for me would be kids a bit older only because I am a big boy at 80 lbs and sometimes I like to play and can jump up. I do get along with most dogs and enjoy playtime but sometimes I can be dog selective. If you would like to make sure I get along with another dog it would be best if we meet. I don't like cats so a cat free home would be needed for me. I look up to a leader who will work with me keeping my manners polished. I still pull some on the leash while out for walks but I am working on my leash manners. I am up to date on all my vetting and I am neutered. If you would like to adopt me please fill out the application with the link that is provided here http://nycsecondchancerescue.org/app-form/
