SLATER HAS BEEN ADOPTED!Slater is a 10 month old, 80 pound male hound mix in need of a home. We think he may be mixed with St. Bernard. Given his current age and weight, we are expecting him to mature to over 120 pounds, so if you're looking for a large dog, Slate could be your guy! Slater was turned in to a pound in Kentucky with his brother Silver when their owner could no longer provide for them. Even though he is quite large, he is still very much a puppy so he would do best in a home that can provide him with the structure and exercise that every young dog needs. Slater is very friendly and loves meeting new humans and canines. He'll fit in easily with most families. His brother Silver has been adopted and now it's Slater's turn! Slater is currently in a foster home and can be seen by appointment once an application has been recieved and approved. •Slater's adoption donation is $275. This donation helps to cover his neuter, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Slater from euthanasia.
