Meow! Hi, my name is Snoopy, and I am a handsome short-haired Bombay mix with beautiful golden eyes. My coat is sleek and soft like a panther's. My twin brother, Charlie Brown (#1), and I were born in July of 2016. Soon I'll be one year old, and I've never given up my dream of finding a forever home -- ideally, with children who have the time to play with me, and a cat tree, and a nice warm bed to sleep in. I love slithering toys and feather wands. I'm curious about the outside because there are three large 70-pound dogs in my foster home, and they use the backyard a lot. My brother and I get along well with the dogs and the other adult cat in our foster home. We look forward to our foster parents' nephew visiting us because he loves to uses the feathery cat wand to play with us. I also like to jump up high on my cat tree where I pretend that I am Marco Polo, the adventurer, and I keep an eye out for my brother. I prefer to be next to my foster parents on the couch where I can cuddle with them. I'm more affectionate than my brother, but I too will meow for my brother if I can't find him in the house. One of my favorite noises is to hear my foster mom opening a can of wet canned food at night as a snack! My ultimate wish is for my brother and I to be adopted together since we are best friends and playmates. If I sound like a kitty that you would like to meet, please complete an on-line application and one of our kind volunteers will contact you.

About Animal Allies of Texas

About Our Rescue Group...

Animal Allies of Texas is a 501(c)(3) animal advocacy/rescue organization, dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. Our goal is to build a no-kill shelter on enough land to house not only "adoptable" animals, but "treatable" ones as well - those who need medical care or behavior modification to become adoptable. While working toward this goal, we will also engage in community service and humane education projects to help bring about "humanity championed by thought."

Come Meet Our Pets...

We hold adoption events at one or more locations every week end. Please check the calendar on our web site for specific locations and times.
