My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Awwww! I LOVE this little boy!! Captain was added to the transport at the last second,and I am so thankful,he is such a good loving boy. His former owners did not have good things to say about him,but I don't have anything good to say about them.His tiny ears were a good 1 1/2 inches thick with mats and 7 inches long,there was a huge mat covering one eye which connected to his lashes, and his hair was filthy. He was terrified. He's all cleaned up now and being treated for an eye infection from the mat, and he is a new man! He loves going for walks and has the cutest little prance,you can just tell he's so grateful for being given a second chance.Captain is very cuddly,but not needy,he is content to also just lay at your feet.He loves everyone he meets and greets everyone with his happy dance(on his hind legs slapping his front ones in the air).Captain is also very quiet,housebroken(one accident overnight),walks great on a leash,good in the bath and grooming, and gets along with other dogs and cats.He is a tiny 9 lbs. and here's the bad news,the shelter says he's 13 yrs old,but me and the vet think he's younger.just a little too much pep in that step!!
