Thelma is about 11 months old, rescued from Iran of all places. She was in a horrific situation and we are so glad she has been rescued. She is a Persian beauty.
She is medium in size, and loves other dogs. She is extremely playful and has a ton of energy so will need a very active family as her breed denotes daily exercise so if you walk, run or hike, she will love it.
Thelma likes people but can be timid at first She is more careful with men than with women. She will relax when she gets into a great home to love her. She loves cuddle time. Thelma does have some separation anxiety and needs someone who is home more than not or that wants to take her places. Kids are OK for Thelma but we recommend kids over 14 because of Thelma's high energy nature.
She is not suitable for apartment living and has very high exercise needs. She can easily go for a 3-4 mile run and still come back for more. This is typical for Border Collies and they need to kept active and stimulated in order to not feel frustrated.
A precious border mix with a full life ahead of her. Anyone will be lucky to have her!
She has now been spayed, updated on all shots and vet checked. Her adopt fee is $395.
We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$395. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
