Teddy's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Teddy's Story...
Little Teddy is an exceptionally cute boy! We rescued him from a local kill shelter and we were told he was an Irish terrier. Teddy is 6 months old now and weighs 15 lbs so he might be closer to Lakeland terrier in size. We think he will be below 20 lbs when grown. He is neutered, UTD on all shots and microchipped. Teddy loves people, everyone he meets and he also loves dogs and plays nonstop when he has a buddy or girlfriend. He is also good with cats and he is doing very well on housetraining. Teddy would be a great addition to almost any family! If you would like to make this adorable little man your new forever family member, please contact lorainecm@comcast.net or omlc7@hotmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Teddy, a Harrisonburg Welsh Terrier/Lakeland Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Terrier/Lakeland Terrier for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Welsh Terrier/Lakeland Terrier puppy from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Terrier/Lakeland Terrier breeders who help with Welsh Terrier/Lakeland Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
